JOB ROLE :Support Analyst - KDP
The vendor/content publisher who uses the KDP tool to upload content they want to sell on the Kindle store will be able to contact Amazon through the KDP Support Analyst. The KDP Support Analyst will act as the main point of contact for vendors using the KDP system and ensure that all of their issues are properly addressed in order to keep the system operating efficiently.
Must be able to interact comfortably with outside parties such as clients and suppliers.
Process and reply to incoming publisher calls and emails.
Answer questions posted on the KDP forums.
Look into any payment issues that clients have raised.
Send inquiries about payments to Accounts Payable.
Run the system again to reprocess stalled books.
Send bugs and issues to the development teams that require engineering knowledge.
As the QA team finds it, remove specific content.
Provide vendors with notice that their content has been deleted.
Upkeep and improvement of a knowledge base with particular vendor requests and responses.
Work on crafting responses to typical inquiries
Work on documenting process flows with the customer service manager.
Any Post Graduate
Should be willing to work in night shifts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
