JOB ROLE :Trainee - Talent Acquisition
Location: BANGALORE
ABOUT
looking for Trainees in the Talent Acquisition team with a flair to interact with people and understand the recruitment function. This will be a 1 year fixed term contract and you will be deputed as a Trainee in the TA team. The role responsibilities will include (non exhaustive):
1. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
2.Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
3. Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
4. Completing paperwork for new hires.
5. Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
6. Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Education Required:
⦁ Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
⦁ The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
⦁ Excellent communication skills.
⦁ Good interpersonal skills.
⦁ Bachelor’s or Masters degree in human resources will be preferred.
