JOB ROLE:Analyst – Social Media



The team consists of professionals focused on market and competitive intelligence, thought leadership, solution development, knowledge management, strategic planning, and commercialisation to produce high-value offerings that generate bottom-line benefits for clients and the organisation. Professionals work closely with their on-shore counterparts to identify business development priorities and influence overall organisation strategy besides supporting client-relationship-building activities. The group plays a crucial role in communicating and commercialising the organisation’s perspective to a broad audience worldwide.


Work you’ll do


As a part of the team, you will be responsible for the following:


•Responsible for publishing and community management for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram andYouTube.

•In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media channels, their audiences and how eachplatform can be deployed in different scenarios.

•Manage and contribute to social media content calendar.

•Leverage social listening, reporting, and content publishing/scheduling social media channels via socialmedia management tools.

•Edit social media posts for campaigns that align with brand guidelines and campaign messaging.

•Monitor brand security of social channels and flag risks on time.

•Keep track of social media channel KPIs and benchmarks, recommending room for optimisation andenhanced performance

•Assist with paid social media strategies and execution on LinkedIn and Facebook, and potential to workwith paid search campaigns

•Remain abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications.

•Possess a strong desire and knack for business relevancy and remain in-tune with the newest trends, viral postings and up-and-coming social media platforms

•Providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly web analytics and social media stats reporting, building dashboards & ad-hoc analysis

•Derive insights and develop client recommendations on the web and social media stats

•Analyze social media campaigns within both Sprinklr and Adobe Analytics to gather visitor data and determine campaign efficiency and areas for social media campaign improvement.

•Providing actionable insights & telling the story by working closely with the Analytics team & stakeholders

•Ability and skills in testing

•Possesses a strong desire and knack for business relevancy and remains in-tune with the newest trends, viral postings and up-and-coming social media platforms

•Supporting the social media and analytics leads in defining the yearly roadmap/ priorities and deliveringon the same

•Communicate with clients for projects including campaign planning, reporting

•Very strong attention to detail

•Manage projects to ensure agreed upon deadlines – following efficient workflow requirements – to meet stakeholder expectations


Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM


The Team

The C&I team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.

Education Required:

•Graduate/Post Graduate Degree / MBA

•0-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in web and social media analytics and stats, content management/knowledge management, professional services organization

Skills Required:

•Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr/ any other social media management tool

•Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment

•Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint; good knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage

•Skills/ knowledge of Digital Campaign Management will be an added advantage

•Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation)

•Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint, intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage

•Effectively leverage internal social media & collaboration tools to connect people-to-people and people-to-content

•Ability to deal with and deliver fast deadlines, acts with a sense of urgency

•Good client management and relationship-building skills

•Good written & oral communication skills

•Ability to work under pressure
