ROLE: Manual Testing - Analyst
Location -Hyderabad, Telangana, India
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key responsibilities
· Helping groom and maintain the product backlog through continuous process
· Engaging with business stakeholders regularly to understand/ gather prioritized requirements, convert them into business requirements and work in a continuous process of refinement through feedback from all stakeholders.
· Develop test scripts and create use-case scenarios for product upgrades
· Perform business validation and regression testing during Sprints
· Assist product owners in managing User Acceptance Testing
· Assist in creating supporting documentation and administrative reports (e.g. Test Execution Reports, Status Reports, Dashboards, Metrics, etc.)
· Support in deployment activities such as training, development of user guides and manuals, pilot support
· Perform application management activities (Admin Activities & Data Validation)
Education Required:
- Any degree
- Any PG
SKILLS:
Experience with Agile methodology, writing user stories, managing scrum calls, prioritizing backlog, etc.
· Experience with Product Support and Testing methodologies.
· Experience working with US clients is a must. Since the position requires significant coordination with US colleagues, the ability to network with US counterparts is important
· Advance knowledge in MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
· Passion for technology, problem solving and client service
· Willingness to become a product expert and learn the business that the product supports
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
