JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a DISHTV Freelancer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to DISHTV customers on a freelance basis. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure their satisfaction with DISHTV services. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support: Provide prompt and courteous customer support via phone, email, or chat channels. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to DISHTV services, packages, billing, and technical problems.

  2. Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers, including problems with signal reception, set-top boxes, remote controls, and other related equipment. Offer appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to DISHTV technical teams.

  3. Service Activation: Assist customers with service activation, upgrades, and downgrades. Guide customers through the process of selecting and subscribing to DISHTV packages that best meet their needs.

  4. Billing and Payments: Handle billing-related inquiries, explain billing details, and assist customers with payment methods and options. Ensure accurate billing information and resolve billing discrepancies as needed.

  5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on DISHTV products, services, features, and promotions. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of DISHTV packages, channel offerings, and equipment specifications to provide accurate information to customers.

  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, inquiries, and solutions provided. Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and any relevant information in the designated systems or databases.

  7. Customer Retention: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and promote customer satisfaction. Offer additional services or upgrades when appropriate to maximize customer retention and revenue.

  8. Compliance and Policies: Adhere to DISHTV policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines while handling customer interactions. Ensure confidentiality of customer information and comply with data protection regulations.

Education Required:
