Role:Customer Success Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Understand queries coming from new prospects, engage and understand their needs
- Research and recommend courses, community activities, etc based on their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
- Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
- Build and maintain professional networks
- Make phone calls, converse over audio and text messaging with prospective customers
- Open to working late night or early morning shift to support international customers
Education Required:
12th pass
diploma
any degree

- Excellency in people interaction skills
- Ability to think independently and innovatively
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented , desire to deliver results
- Good command in English
- Knowledge of Google Suite and any CRM software (Ex: Zoho CRM)
- Ability to negotiate and understanding of prospects needs , customer engagement and sales skills
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Passionate about helping customers and building long term relationships
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
- Ability to learn any new software tool that is adopted by the organization for sales productivity
- Should be able to understand the procedure
- Dispute solving skills
- Communication skills should be good
- Sales Support skills should be there
