JOB DESCRIPTION:
SCOA is a brainchild of a few like-minded professionals who have worked in the Industry for more than a decade, and realized that there is a great need for spreading awareness of acquiring professional skills to increase productivity beyond metro cities of India.
All the listed programs under the academy provide an in-depth understanding of various aspects of the e-commerce industry, along with a detailed overview of supply chain management. These programs are designed to thoroughly help trainees develop the right skill sets as per their interest in various domains of the e-commerce industry, where they can be completely job-ready.
The duration depends on which training program (module) a trainee is choosing. As of date, there are four categories of training program — one is for delivery associates (delivery hub), the second one is for warehousing, the third one is eDAB, and the last one is Wholesale Operation Associate.
Education Required:
You should have completed 10th + ITI / Diploma or 12th
Joining Process
- A Smartphone with (Basic Spec) + Good Internet connectivity
- Aadhar Card
- PAN Card
- Bank Account + Passport Size Photo
- Covid vaccination certificate (Double)
- Education Qualification of 10th + ITI / Diploma or 12th
- Age between 18 – 57
- Address Proof – Rent Agreement, Bank Statement, LPG Bill, Drivers’ Licence, Voter ID, Passport, Ration Card, Water Bill or Mobile Bill)
- Availability to appear for OJT in any location from the list of locations which are mentioned in the portal. Final confirmation will be communicated by the Trainer or facilitator (Following the successful completion of Digital learning).
- Mock Test Questionnaire will be available on the website. One can go through the questionnaire and can prepare for the pre-assessment.

Minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum age limit is 57 years
