JOB ROLE: Job Description - Process Associate - Content Moderation - Telugu + English
Location - HYDERABAD
As a Process Associate in Content Moderation, your primary responsibility would be to review and evaluate online content, such as text, images, and videos, to ensure they comply with the company’s standards and policies. You will need to be fluent in Telugu and English, as you will be reviewing content in both languages.
Some key responsibilities may include:
- Reviewing and evaluating online content to ensure it is appropriate and complies with company standards
- Making decisions on whether to allow or remove content based on company policies and guidelines
- Keeping up to date with new policies and guidelines related to content moderation
- Documenting and reporting any violations of company policies and standards
- Communicating with content creators and users to provide feedback and clarify any questions about content moderation policies and procedures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve content moderation issues
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
