Roles and Responsibilities
- Support/Assist Fiber Engineers on DTH/Broadband Installations.
- Address & Resolve customer issues/complaints.
- Explain the DTH/Broadband Services features and benefits.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 12th Pass/ITI/Diploma are eligible
- Customer Service.
- Local language is mandatory (Telugu).
