JOB ROLE:HR Intern - Employee Engagement
Location - WORK FRO HOME/OFFICE BANGALORE
Developing and implementing employee engagement programs and activities, such as team building events, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and other events aimed at improving employee morale and satisfaction.
Conducting surveys and analyzing data to measure employee engagement and satisfaction, and using the results to inform and improve engagement initiatives.
Staying up-to-date on current employee engagement best practices and trends, and making recommendations for improving existing programs and activities.
Collaborating with other HR and cross-functional teams to ensure employee engagement initiatives are aligned with overall company goals and objectives.
Building and maintaining relationships with employees, and serving as a resource for employees on engagement-related issues.
Assisting with other HR-related projects as needed.
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as experience with project management and event planning. Additionally, they will have a passion for creating a positive and engaging work environment, and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to effectively communicate with employees, as well as collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams.
Project management skills: Experience in planning, organizing and executing projects, including events and employee engagement initiatives.
Analytical skills: The ability to gather and analyze data from surveys and other sources to measure employee engagement and satisfaction, and use the results to inform and improve engagement initiatives.
Problem-solving skills: The ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions in order to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
Creativity and innovation: The ability to develop and implement new and creative employee engagement initiatives that will have a positive impact on employee morale and satisfaction.
Attention to detail: The ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, while ensuring that all details are accurately tracked and managed.
Strong organizational skills: The ability to effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
