JOB ROLE: Support Specialist (KYC/ATO Support)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The company’s public face is our Customer Service Team, which offers world-class front-line support to our millions of clients. Additionally, we are internal customer champions who collaborate with product teams to keep users at the centre of everything Revolut does.
As an Analyst – Identity and Verification, you would be a superstar analyst on our KYC team. This position entails more than simply checking off tickets; it also entails being in charge of Revolut’s customer onboarding, acting in accordance with applicable laws, and working with other teams to provide knowledgeable and effective front line compliance support.
examine identity and verification (ID&V) procedures
controlling the data extraction process for reprocessing consumer data
review of triggered alarms involving customer identity
preventing onboarding fraud
Education Required:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience –
Skills Required:
- Proficient English language skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner
- Strong writing skills and great numeracy and IT skills
