JOB ROLE:Technical Writer
Location -PUNE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Creation and maintenance of IT documentation such as instructional guides, reference manuals, systems and technical design templates, handbooks, and reports.
- Collaborate with Business and Product teams, software developers, QA specialists, and other team members to ensure timely and successful updates to documentation.
- Understand Western Union products and be part of technical discussions with relevant stakeholders and provide valuable inputs.
Education Required:
- ANY GRADUATION
- ANY POST GRADUATION
SKILLS:
- In this crucial role you will need good hands-on experience documentation tools e.g Confluence, Microsoft and Adobe tool.
- Hands-on experience on Lucid charts is a plus
- Be able to understand Soap and Rest API and yaml
- Good Problem-solving skills
- Proactive and collaborative approach
SALARY:UPTO 4LPA EXPECTED
