As a Power BI / Report Writer at TalentNeuron, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex data sets into user-friendly reports and visualizations that enable our clients to gain valuable insights. Leveraging your expertise in Power BI and report writing, you will collaborate with clients, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and deliver high-quality reports that meet their needs. Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Develop visually compelling reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI.
- Transform complex data sets into user-friendly reports that provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all reporting deliverables.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies for inclusion in reports.
- Optimize report performance by fine-tuning queries and data models.
- Implement data governance and security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of Power BI to enhance reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reports into existing systems or platforms.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI reporting tools and functionalities.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to validate report accuracy and functionality.
- Document report specifications, data sources, and transformation processes.
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Report Writer, creating impactful reports and visualizations.
- Proficiency in using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service to develop reports and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL queries.
- Solid knowledge of data analysis techniques and statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with data governance and security practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality reports.
- Knowledge of other BI tools, such as Tableau or QlikView, is a plus.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is desirable.
