JOB ROLES: Customer Care Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION:
TopHire makes it fast and simple for top tech companies to hire the top 2% of tech talent in India. We curate our candidate pool of software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to ensure that companies no longer have to look at thousands of mediocre resumes. They can instead focus on a small number of high-quality profiles.
1. Call leads (100- 150 leads) given and convince them to sign up on our platform
2. Guide the candidates through the sign-up process on our platform
3. Help and guide the candidates to complete their profiles on our platform
4. Complete the given daily targets
5. Follow up with candidates who have not completed their profile
Education Required:
BE BTECH,ME/MTECH
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Prior experience in tele-calling or cold calling is preferred
2. Fluent English communication skills
