Location - Work from Home
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Outstanding communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional languages is added advantage.
Key Answerabilities & Deliverables Interact with customers through Voice Calls
Understand the customer’s enquiry and classify the customer’s need and give the best resolve to the customer.
Indorse possible products or services to customers by analysing customer needs.
