JOB ROLE: Freelancer Tele Associate : Free Seller Enrichment
Location - Part Time,Permanent Work from Home
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Study the sellers’ profiles
- Make a Call the sellers to collect the business related Information and update it in the seller’s catalog sheet.
- Validate information which is previously updated in the profile.
- Instruct clients about the assistances of this free service for his business and Reply sellers’ queries
- Place the cases with suitable reason codes basis the chat with the respective sellers
- Establish follow up calls as desired by the sellers
- Maintain quality outcomes by following to standards and guidelines
- Achieve the daily or Weekly or Monthly business targets.
- Part time work for 3-4 hrs in a Day.
- Language Proficiency English, Hindi and Reginal language i.e. Telugu
