In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Job Purpose
- Account services team is responsible for managing several types of corporate customer onboarding and static data maintenances in several systems.

What you will do
Key Accountabilities
- End to end deliverable management including letters/ returns
- Ensure tracker is updated and reviewed on weekly basis
Job Duties & responsibilities
- Should poses good problem solving skill
- Should have decent knowledge about deliverables handling like cheque books, cards etc
- Guide and help Operations units and branches by resolving their queries pertain to processes and accounts.
Education Required:
- Graduates with 1+ years experience

- Graduates with 1+ years experience
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
