Responsibilities:
– Install, troubleshoot, and maintain Jio Fiber connections in customer homes.
– Ensure smooth internet connectivity and resolve technical issues.
– Assist customers with the setup and configuration of Jio Fiber equipment.
– Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Education Required:
– SSC/Inter / ITI / Diploma ( 6 Months -OJT will also be applicable )
– Across Hyderabad
