• Bring new ideas for innovation and automation excellence into the support process and build projects that will help replicate and resolve client issues
• Work on creating complex SQL queries (MS SQL, ORACLE, PostgreSQL, MySQL etc.,) to use our data and assist client with query tuning and performance improvements
• Research and gain knowledge on the rapidly evolving product offerings
• Assess the technical environment dynamics within the client sites that may impact product performance
• Involve in testing/user-acceptance tests of
• Enterprise Solution’ applications with focus on pending modifications and fixes
• Maintain the local infrastructure which comprises of Database Servers (Oracle. MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL and MySQL) and Virtual Machines

1. Work with internal groups to evaluate customer problems and develop solutions to problems.
2. Apply full understanding of programming and software principles, theories, and concepts along with independent judgment to the assignments including assessment of impacts on other areas of the product.

Software Developer with UI frontend and backend experience

In the Software Developer role, you will be involved in building and implementing new functional enhancements to existing software product. Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that serve user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and support the enhancements in the existing solution,
• Work with developers to design and implement algorithms,
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
• Integrate software components and third-party programs.
• Verify and deploy programs and systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.

Ambee is seeking a QA Engineer Intern to help develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure Ambee’s product quality and take responsibility for designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions, review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g., defect densities and open defect counts). You will also be trained to monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Modify and execute test plans and test cases
2. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
3. Execute automation scripts using open-source tools
4. Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
5. Perform thorough regression testing when defects are resolved
6. Apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
7. Monitor debugging process results, log bugs, maintain issues list
8. Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
9. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
