JOB ROLE:Global Security Support Engineer
Location work from home/bangkok
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- You will be responsible for supporting the company-wide endpoint security solutions
- Proactively monitor the security compliance dashboards
- Act on alerts and proactively investigate and resolve issues
- Ensure endpoints meet the security KPIs (Patching, OS and AV compliance)
- Work on security projects as set-out by GSD and SecOps
- Own and manage third party escalations and resolutions
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of Azure AD and AD on Premise environment
- In-depth Windows and Mac troubleshooting
- Patch management (Intune, Kace)
- Security Tools (Cisco Umbrella, Seraphic, Firewalls, etc)
- Mac management (Jamf)
- Good network troubleshooting skills
- Scripting (Powershell, bash, etc.)
