JOB ROLE:Business Finance Associate

Location -WORK FROM HOME

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Create financial control procedures, such as a monthly or quarterly operating plan, and ensure budget adherence.
  • Work closely with different departments across the organization to help them understand their budgets, areas of efficiency, and how they could contribute to savings in the overall PnL.
  • Calibrate future forecasting and budgeting to tighten the noose around financial discipline directly impacting the EBITDA of the organization.
  • Drive strategy for growth and cost reduction with Business and Operations stakeholders to achieve the required revenue and cost metrics.
  • Partner with the customer support team to improve the overall cash collection process, processes for client renewals, churn reduction, account expansion, upselling, and growth.
  • Develop pricing strategies to convert pilot/trial customers into recurring customers ensuring the contracted revenue pipeline remains all healthy and brimming.
  • Work closely with the sales team for market segmentation, increasing ARR, MRR, and NRR. 
  • Help to streamline the overall sales commission process, and sales commission structure to strike balance between incentives and PnL management.
  • Build cost-saving strategies for infrastructure and work closely with the cloud and infrastructure teams to optimize infrastructure costs, and build strategic partnerships with cloud service providers to directly impact the bottom line of the organization.
  • Work closely with the finance team to help organize the overall options management and option refresher strategy. 
  • Collaborate on the event or community management teams toward target sponsorship programs.
  • Set up Strategic partnerships with Amazon and Google Cloud Platform, and other cloud service providers.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the top of the funnel in traffic, conversion of MQLs to SQLs, and the ratio of Discovery to SQLs contributes to targeted opportunities.
  • Work with the legal team to ensure smooth contract lifecycle management and reduction of timelines from redlining to signing.

Education Required:

  • ANY GRADUATION
  • ANY POST GRADUATION
