Location : WORK FROM HOME
JOB DESCRIPTION:
First 3 Months WFO. Post that WFH. (In every 2 months 6 days WFO if required).
Languages required: English & Hindi & Telugu(MUST know all 3 languages)

About the Job: The Job requires interacting with customers over calls to ensure all issues are resolved to customer\’s satisfaction. Job requires you to understand the customer\’s problem accurately, follow the established procedures to resolve the problem, and communicate with the customers. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be dealing with our customers from all over India. As a company we take great pride in the level of customer service we deliver to the customers. Therefore, we hire only the best customer service professionals.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1) Possess good communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
2) Must be a Team Player.
3) Have a good attitude – Should be committed to the work.
4) Flexible for Rotational Shifts between 06:00 AM to 11:45PM (any 9 Hrs)
5) Typing Speed: Min 20 to 25 WPM
Age Limit: 32 Yrs
Education:
Any (10+2, Diploma, Degree, PG)
Freshers and candidates with experience in BPO sector
