JOB DESCRIPTION:
Bigbasket Voice Process JD – Customer Service Executive
Desired Candidate Profile
1) English & Hindi & Telugu must be fluent in all 3 languages.
2) Must take 80 to 100 calls per day.
3) Flexible for Rotational Shift timings.
4) Only 1 week off on a rotational basis.
6) Must work on Sat & Sun.
7) After 3 Months Work from Home.
8) Typing Speed: Min 20 WPM.
9) If Fresher 2022 and above pass out only. Max 2 years experience only.
10) Must travel on your own. No transportation allowance.
Education
Any (10+2, Diploma, Degree); (Not eligible BE/B.Tech & PG)
0-11 months is considered as Freshers CTC 2 lacs PA;
Experience only in BPO will be considered
Above 12 months CTC up-to 2.5 lacs PA; (No salary Negotiation). Relieving letters & Payslips is a must.
