JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Recruitment Intern who loves contributing to hiring for their company and wants to make an impact on hiring at Branch. You will be working with the People Operations team and internal and external stakeholders to assist on the hiring requirements of Branch International. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team and contribute to recruitment for both technical and non technical functions.
Responsibilities
- Candidate review, screening, pre-qualification and presentation
- Interview scheduling and meeting coordination support
- Recruitment process compliance and system administration
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with interviewers and candidates
- Responsible for candidate experience
- Reporting on pipelines for all roles
- Partnering with recruiters on hiring for all roles

Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field. An MBA/PGDM degree in HR is preferable
- Up to 1 years of recruiting experience

- Preferably with experience in Startup companies/ companies with an employee-centric culture
- Experience in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of scheduling best practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to adjust schedules and priorities as needed
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proactive self-starter
