Role: DATA ANALYST

Collaborate with stakeholders to take a vague problem statement, refine the scope of the analysis, and use the results to drive informed decisions. Summarize and clearly communicate data analysis results.
Drive data analysis needs for the VX org that supports weekly/monthly business rhythm. Additionally establish regular communication of insights and impact.
Proficient in data-driven storytelling via reports & visualizations: ability to frame complex analyses and tell succinct, impactful stories to VX leadership team.
Develop and refine OKR targets to align with business objectives and track performance.
Forecast future trends and outcomes based on historical data analysis and current market dynamics.
Perform rigorous data validation and testing to ensure the accuracy and integrity of analysis.
Leverage deep expertise with SQL, KUSTO and other relevant tools & technologies to perform rapid ad-hoc insights requests.
Experience using statistical programming languages (Python, SQL) for data access, wrangling, and statistical modeling preferred.
The successful candidate will demonstrate passion and skills aligned with business insights and data analysis.

Proven experience with the Microsoft data stack, including expert-level knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Kusto (Azure Data Explorer).
Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms and data models.
Ability to manage numerous competing priorities in a flexible and fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to a non-technical audience.
Analytical aptitude while able to maintain a broader perspective, identifies and evaluates opportunities to enhance the business.
