What you will do

- Plan, organize, and carry out whole operational processes, such as participant communication, scheduling, logistics, and content production.
● Use Canva or comparable tools to create visually appealing materials and presentations.
● Track participation, manage calendars, keep an eye on performance, and produce insights for operational enhancements using Google Sheets.
Work together with cross-functional teams (content, sales, and marketing) to make sure operations are in line with company goals.
Oversee the technical configurations, live transmission, recording, and post-event analysis of webinar systems.
● Respond to consumer support questions by phone, chat, and email, making sure that problems are resolved promptly.
● Track performance indicators and do data analysis to improve tactics and boost productivity.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- ● Experience: Demonstrated expertise in leading or overseeing webinars, customer service operations, or other workflows, along with a strong grasp of coordination procedures.
● Design Skills: The ability to use Canva or other comparable design platforms to create captivating presentations.
● Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively manage operations, customer queries, and stakeholder involvement.
● Technical expertise: Knowledge of webinar platforms such as Zoom Webinars, GoToWebinar, WebEx, or comparable tools. knowledge of webinar technologies, including live streaming, audio/video configuration, and troubleshooting.
● Customer Support Skills: Knowledge of responding to consumer inquiries by phone, chat, or email. the capacity to successfully address problems and uphold a high degree of client happiness.
