Compensation package

Selected candidates will undergo a probation period of 6 months. During this period, they will receive a competitive base package of INR 4,20,000 per year.

Upon successful completion of the probation period and demonstrating excellent performance, the candidates will be offered a revised compensation package of INR 15,00,000 per year.

Cash Component: INR 720,000 per year and ESOPs (Employee Stock Ownership Plan): INR 780,000

Program stages

Stage 1: Online Assessment (Sep 18 – Sep 22, 2023)

Candidates will be required to take an online aptitude test, which will assess their coding skills, logical reasoning, and technical knowledge. The test will be conducted remotely, and candidates will receive further instructions via email.

Stage 2: Hackathon (Sep 29 – Oct 6, 2023)

Selected candidates from Stage 1 will be invited to participate in an intensive week-long hackathon. During this hackathon, candidates will work on allocated projects in teams. The hackathon will provide a glimpse into Kelly’s engineering challenges and foster collaboration and innovation among the participants.

Stage 3: Onsite Interview (Oct 7 – Oct 8, 2023)

The top performers from the hackathon will be invited for an onsite interview at Kelly’s headquarters. During the interview, candidates will have the opportunity to showcase their technical skills, passion for engineering, and alignment with Kelly’s values and culture.

Offer Letters (Oct 15, 2023)

Selected candidates will receive formal offer letters outlining their roles, responsibilities, compensation package, and other relevant details.
