Selected candidates from Stage 1 will be invited to participate in an intensive week-long hackathon. During this hackathon, candidates will work on allocated projects in teams. The hackathon will provide a glimpse into Kelly’s engineering challenges and foster collaboration and innovation among the participants.

Stage 3: Onsite Interview (Oct 7 – Oct 8, 2023)

The top performers from the hackathon will be invited for an onsite interview at Kelly’s headquarters. During the interview, candidates will have the opportunity to showcase their technical skills, passion for engineering, and alignment with Kelly’s values and culture.

Offer Letters (Oct 15, 2023)

Selected candidates will receive formal offer letters outlining their roles, responsibilities, compensation package, and other relevant details.
