The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI-powered content generation tools, particularly GPT-based systems like ChatGPT, and the ability to create engaging content related to CRM, MRP, IMS, ERP, and accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Cloudify team to identify content needs related to digital transformation, process optimization, and SaaS product implementation.
Develop a content strategy aligned with Cloudify’s brand voice and target audience, focusing on digital transformation and our areas of expertise.
Use AI-powered content generation tools, such as ChatGPT, to create engaging and high-quality content for various digital channels, including blogs, social media, email marketing, and website copy.
Craft effective prompts and utilise AI tools to generate content drafts, then refine and edit the generated content to ensure accuracy, coherence, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Create use cases, product descriptions, and other content pieces that showcase Cloudify’s expertise in digital transformation and the implementation of CRM, MRP, IMS, ERP, and accounting systems.
Continuously monitor AI-generated content performance and optimise content strategies accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI-powered content generation tools and adapt strategies to leverage these advancements effectively.
Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creative team members to produce visually engaging content.

Profile Description:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, preferably with some exposure to AI-powered content generation tools.
Strong understanding of GPT-based AI language models, such as ChatGPT, and their applications in content creation.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of grammar and punctuation.
Ability to craft engaging and compelling content related to digital transformation, CRM, MRP, IMS, ERP, and accounting systems.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and the ability to optimise content for search engines.
Comfortable working with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
Basic understanding of HubSpot for social media scheduling and email writing is preferred
