Your role with us as a #Recruitment_Trainee, were you will be working in Probation period for 3 Weeks in Bangalore Main Head Office, based on 3 weeks performance, you will be offered permanent employment in Byjus as #Recruitment_Associate there on Permanent Work From Home will be provided.

Note-For 3 Weeks of Probation period you will be getting 10,000rs as Stipend.

MAJOR REQUIREMENTS: –

-Good knowledge of sourcing and hiring is a plus_
-Passion for learning and being able to work in a dynamic environment.
-Laptop is Mandatory
-Languages Known -English-Hindi

Your spectrum of responsibilities will include:

-Sourcing of Candidates
-Screening (on-call)
-Shortlisting
-Handling and following up on further rounds of Interview
-Initiation of Offer Processing
-Offer release supervision
-Joining of Candidate

Qualification: Graduation Any Bachelor’s (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus)

(2023 Graduates who are done with Final semester exams can be considered)

CTC: 3LPA

Work Location: Permanent #Work_from_home

Working Days: 6 Days Working, Sunday Day Off
