BYJUS is hiring for Student Success Specialist WFH Only For Mothers (Who Have a Kid)
Profile: Student Success Specialist who will be a Mentor for students who have enrolled with Byju’s
Mandatory Things: Should be graduated (No Pursuing PG), Own laptop, Maximum age Below 35
Location: WFH FOR MOTHERS ONLY
Job Description Its a post-sales role where mentors are assigned to students.
Responsibilities Mentoring them for their academic excellence
2) Helping students with app navigation.
3) Retain Students.
4) Handling all customer queries.
Targets: 5 hours talk time + 60 customer connects + 150+ dialed calls
Week off: 2 days on the weekdays
Mandatory Language :
TELUGU+ENGLISH
TAMIL+ENGLISH
KANNADA+ENGLISH
MARATHI+ENGLISH

Package: 3.5 LPA + Incentives After Completion The Training
In the starting period, you are a part of 2 weeks of training
CLASSROOM TRAINING & ON THE JOB TRAINING
Total 2 weeks stipend is – INR 13,600
After completion of 2 weeks of training the package will be 3.5 LPA Fixed + Incentives.

IMPORTANT NOTE
(A) Objective: 5 hours of talk time per day, 60 customer connections, and 150 or more dialed calls.
(B) Work hours are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
(C) During the week, you have two days off. a rotating base.
