What you will do
- Utilize strong analytical skills to explore conversational data, extract meaningful insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to achieve our client’s business goals.
- Analyze conversational data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can enhance the understanding of customer behavior and drive actionable outcomes.
- Perform correlation analysis on call behavior data to identify factors that positively or negatively impact the business. Present findings to stakeholders and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive data labs reports, summarizing key findings, insights, and actionable recommendations for clients.
Education Required:
- Any Qualification

- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and data visualization.
