What you will do
- Partner with CBS leadership and stakeholders to develop and implement HR Operations strategies and initiatives across CBS.
- Manage and oversee the delivery of HR Operations services to CBS, including but not limited to:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Performance management
- Learning and development
- Compensation and benefits
- Employee relations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CBS leadership and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that HR Operations services are aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to deliver HR Operations services to CBS.
- Continuously improve HR Operations processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide HR expertise and guidance to CBS leadership and stakeholders on a variety of HR-related matters.
Education Required:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations, with a strong track record of success in a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering HR services to a large and complex organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
