What you will do
- Understands and articulates business case for analysis including business question to address and the estimated value to be delivered.
- Designs dashboards and analysis to be performed, and determines the appropriate visualization and analytics tools to use.
- Determines relevant data and associated sources, and collects, organizes, and processes data to analyze.
- Identifies trends and patterns to address identified business questions and provide insights through reporting and data visualization techniques.
- Works with other data and analytics professionals and teams to optimize, refine and industrialize analysis into an analytics solution.
- Ensure confidentiality and protection of sensitive data.
- Present actionable information and reports to senior leadership.
- Promote data-driven decision making across the organization.
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
- Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Understanding of SQL, database structures, and related statistical software.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into easy to understand results
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to clearly present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
