JOB DESCRIPTION:
Product Managers at Flipkart play a pivotal role in leveraging technology for providing an exceptional customer experience. With the analytical and problem-solving mindset, they get deeper into the function/problem space, work with stakeholders and partners to develop a wider perspective, take Outside-In view of the problems and create a vision, strategy and roadmap of how software can solve immediate needs/wants, setting the stage for the right disruptions/innovations of the future. Once envisioned, they inspire and align stakeholders – business, operations and finance, and through engineers transform their vision into reality.

What you will do
Collaborate and work with the area product lead to build innovative and scalable solutions for the charter
- Create backend capabilities that scale with the business aspirations, user needs and ecosystem trends
- Imagine and build customer-facing experience balancing business topline growth and profitability trade-offs in mind
- Create, evangelize and operationalise platform tenets across the product org and wider business and engineering leadership
- Own functional metrics in leadership reviews, provide product leadership in root causing production issues and deliver on goals towards improving platform-level conversion metrics
● Help interpret and define a product vision and strategy for 2023 and beyond for the charter
● Work with product leadership to define and execute on the product strategy and roadmap
● Collaborate with external partner teams, program, business and other cross-functional teams effectively in driving the projects and be the point of contact on the team
