JOB ROLE:HR Intern
Location : WORK FROM HOME
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate various rounds of assessments & Interviews
- Sourcing from different channels and screening resumes and applications.
- Coordinating with hiring managers as and when required
- Communicating with management and other team members to ensure status updates
- Develop & Drive comprehensive search strategies to recruit the tech/non-tech talent
- Any other responsibilities delegated; be a backup for generalist responsibilities
Generalist/Admin Intern Responsibilities:
- Complete all onboarding formalities, which include but are not limited to, taking care of FAQs, Induction checklists, etc
- Offboarding of candidates, which includes but is not limited to, exit interviews, and sending relieving/resignation letters, communicating with external payroll vendors, etc.
- Updating internal employee databases, data entry, filing HR documents, and initiating background checks on shortlisted candidates
- Implement and handle employee engagement activities
- Any other responsibilities delegated
Education Required:
Any Graduation
Any Stream
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Strong time management & prioritization skills
- Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects
- Great interpersonal and people skills
- Freshers with a flair for HR along with an eagerness to learn are welcome to apply
