    Job Type: Internship Cum Placement

Roles and Responsibilities

– Conducting mock interviews for candidates trained in NxtWave’s CCBP 4.0 programs

– Providing honest, constructive feedback and learning suggestions to the candidates

– Ensuring the candidates follow feedback and learning suggestions

– Ensuring all the placement eligible candidates attend mock interviews

– Guiding and ensuring the candidate’s success in the interviews, thereby driving more no. of placements

Skills

– Should be keen on mentoring people

– Empathizing the candidates and providing the feedback with utmost personal care

– Should have a basic understanding of people and perspectives

– An immense amount of patience is required

– Training mindset

– Ability to build relationships effectively and professionally with candidates

– Eloquent with – English

– Active listening to the candidates

– Proactive nature

– Basic understanding of Full Stack Development, Python, SQL, etc..

No. of hours of working: 8 hrs per day, 6 days a week

Work Location: Work From Home. Should be flexible to work from Hyderabad as per the requirement.
