Job Role:Instructional Designer/Content Developer
Location: WORK FROM HOME
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work with team members to develop courses from inception to completion
- Design and create engaging on-demand video and eLearning content
- Create and maintain hands on exercises
- Monitor relevant metrics and act based on data points and feedback
- Work in an agile way, ensuring content is valuable and highly useful
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English
- Able to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Earn OutSystems certification in 5 month of hire
Education Required:
- ANY GRADUATION
SKILLS
- Knowledge of Instructional design and Adult learning
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of programming languages
- Create content in Markdown
- Experience with GitHub as a user
- Experience with Application Development
- Knowledge of Agile product development processes and tools such as Jira
