JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Software Developer Intern specializing in low-code development, platform integration, and minor AI/Data Science responsibilities, you will be part of our dynamic and innovative development team. You will work closely to design, develop, and implement software solutions that streamline processes, integrate various platforms, and incorporate AI/Data Science functionalities. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies and a deep understanding of software development practices.
Responsibilities:
Low-Code Development:
Utilize low-code development platforms and tools (e.g., OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps) to create and enhance software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into low-code solutions.
Customize and configure existing low-code modules to meet specific business needs.
Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of low-code applications.
Platform Integration:
Integrate software applications with various platforms, such as CRMs, ERPs, payment gateways, and other third-party systems.
Develop APIs and utilize existing APIs to facilitate seamless data flow and communication between systems.
Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms for secure platform integration.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration requirements and ensure smooth data exchange between systems.
AI and Data Science:
Assist in implementing AI and data science components within software applications.
Collaborate with data scientists to gather requirements, clean and preprocess data, and train machine learning models.
Develop code to integrate AI models into the existing software infrastructure.
Conduct testing and validation of AI models, analyze results, and make improvements as necessary.
Software Development Lifecycle:
Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Write clean and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with team members to perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and industry practices relevant to low-code development, platform integration, AI, and data science.
Education Required:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
SKILLS:
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
Familiarity with low-code development platforms like OutSystems, Mendix, or Power Apps is a plus.
Basic understanding of AI and data science concepts, including machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.
Knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
