Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and complaints through phone calls, emails, and chats
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers and ensure their satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams and follow up on the resolution
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions to enhance customer experience

Education Required:

  • Graduation or equivalent degree in any stream
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service or related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of PhonePe products and services is preferred
