Customer Support Team is the public face of the company and provides first-class front-line support to our millions of customers. We are also internal customer-champions, working with product teams to ensure users stay at the forefront of everything Revolut does 🚀
We’re looking for a superstar analyst to join our KYC team as a Support Specialist focusing on Identity and Verification. This role isn’t just about ticking off tickets, this is about being responsible for Revolut’s customer onboarding, acting in accordance with relevant legislation, and cooperating with other teams in providing professional and efficient front line compliance support.

👉 We’re a global financial super app, so we have to be available 24/7. That sometimes means working nights and weekends. We’ll compensate you for night shifts, but we understand this still isn’t for everyone so please bear that in mind before applying.
What you’ll be doing
- Conducting identity and verification (ID&V) reviews
- Managing data extraction for re-processing of customer data
- Analysing triggered alerts related to a customer’s identity
- Preventing fraud onboarding

Education Required:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (recent university graduates welcomed to apply)
