The ideal candidate will have prior understanding in recruitment or human resources, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Scaler, you will be interviewing and screening candidates while working directly with hiring managers. You will also handling high-volume calls and e-mail interactions with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers and managing the entire candidate life cycle.
Establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Determining applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
Accomplishing human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Coordinating with the post-selection team regarding offer rollouts.
