Role:Customer Support Intern

Location: work from home

JOB DESCRIPTION:

First and foremost, we’re looking for people who are excited about what we’re doing—you don’t need to know anything about the HRTech ecosystem, but should be excited to learn.

The objective for a Customer Support Intern is to be able to provide excellent customer service while gaining a deep understanding of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer queries and resolving issues related to products of Springworks.

  • Being educated about product features, operations process, keep the relevant stakeholders updated on the feedback.

  • Understanding products and services in detail to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve customer issues.

  • Exceptional communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.

  • Hands-on experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant applications like Trello, Zoho Desk, SalesIQ, YAMM, Google Sheets etc.

  • Continuous improvement of the support process by providing feedback and suggestions based on customer interactions.

Your work plan for first few weeks-

1st & 2nd week-

  • Training on the way we communicate, the softwares that we use to communicate, and their functionalities in detail.

  • Training on our products in detail and handling 10 insufficiency tickets per day.

3rd & 4th week-

  • Getting to know more about insufficiency, trackers that we use and handling and closing 30 insufficiency tickets per day.

  • Getting to know the support function and the work, closing 50 tickets per day.

5th week-

  • Handling insufficiency emails independently and clearing the emails from Team’s list.

As a part of the interview process, you need to complete a small task. Details below: 

  • You need to complete a small assessment (Assessment Link). Based on your test scores we shall schedule the further interview rounds.

Education Required:

  • A degree in Computers/Electronics/Information & Tech/Data-communications with 0 to 1 year of experience in software development (even students studying in final year engineering degree)

      • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

      • Ability to handle customer enquiries with empathy and professionalism.

      • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

      • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various software applications.

      • Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.

      • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
