JOB DESCRIPTION:
looking for an all-in Human Resource Executive for an incredibly rare opportunity at a well-funded, fast-growing early-stage start-up with both, a mission and value creation upside.

Roles and Responsibilities
- This role involves both – Recruiting & HR Operations like Payroll, etc.
- Sourcing and filtering candidates before sending them for final interviews with upper management
- Releasing offer letters and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
- Executing payroll using RazorpayX, managing reimbursements, attendance, LOPs etc
- Managing departing employees, completing FnF etc.
Education Required:
Any Graduate
SKILLS:
- Applicant must have good communication skills in both, English and Hindi
- Must have strong knowledge of using job-listing platforms like Linkedin, Naukri, etc
- It is preferred if the applicant has an education (or has undertaken some course) in Human Resources
