- Provide customer support
- Ability to understand the issue and resolve the queries in the specific language applying.
- Relevant experience in Voice Process will be an added advantage.
- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
- Good customer handling skills
Interview Process:
1st Interview: Telephonic
2nd Interview: OPS round in the Office (Walk – In)
Shortlisted Candidates have to come Office for 2nd Round Interview.
