Designation : Customer Support Associate (CSA)
Process : Flipkart process
Job role : Managing customer queries on calls.
Work type : Work from Home
Job Type : Contract (3-5 months)
Shift window : 24*7 / Rotational Shifts (6 days working)
Age Limit : 18 to 35 years
Eligibility :
- HSC or Graduates pass outs are eligible to apply as freshers ( Salary – 13,200 monthly)
- Experienced applicants can apply, if all employment documents are available (Salary 16,000 monthly)
- FLUENT IN HINDI AND ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Fluency in Verbal English is required.
- Typing speed : 25WPM with 85% accuracy
