JOB DESCRIPTION:

Customers globally rely on our extensive range of products and services—
from 
life-saving medicines to lab essentials to next-generation instruments. Our Operations team leverages our PPI (Practical Process Improvement Business System) to manufacture and produce these products and continuously improve productivity and quality all while contributing to our Mission – to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.

What you will do

    • 1. Coordinates, supports and performs administrative work to support the department.

      2. Supports the day to day operations of the study drug, comparators and ancillaries management.

      3. Supports department project teams as assigned member.

      4. Completes role specific training compliance and timesheets completion and release.

      5. May coordinate or serve as a liason cross-functionally.

      6. Executes import & export activities according to company requirements, Client requirements and applicable regulations.

      7. Executes the Import & Export / Trade Compliance plan for each project assigned.

      8. Meet with the Trade Compliance Manager to discuss import & export issues. Provides appropriate recommendations and alerts.

      9. Participates in ongoing Training on new Regulations concerning Import/Exports activities.

      10. Maintain Updated PPD Owned Metrics Indicators Reports.

      11. Works under supervision and on low complexity trials.

       

      Education: Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent life science domain.

       

      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

      1. Basic English and good communication skills both written and verbal.

      2. Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail and high quality deliverables.

      3. Good computer and data entry skills.

      4. Capable of working in a team environment as well as work independently with direct supervision.

      5. Adaptive to changes.

      6. Ability to utilize proper channels of communications to voice concerns and suggestions.

      7. 0-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical organisations or clinical research field will be an added advantage.
