We are currently seeking a passionate HR Intern to join us and contribute to our vibrant work environment.

What you will do

    • Position Overview

      We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR department in various administrative and recruitment tasks. As an HR Intern at WebGo, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in human resources operations while contributing to the success of our team.

      Requirements

      • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
      • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
      • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
      • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms and channels.
      • Screen resumes and support in the initial stages of the recruitment process.
      • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules.
      • Support HR team in organizing and conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
      • Assist in maintaining HR records and databases.
      • Help in drafting HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
      • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
      • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
