JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Mentoring and guiding other members of the team, both onshore & offshore
- Write clean, secure code, following a test-driven approach
- Collaborate well with peers, both inside and outside of your direct team
- Develop expertise in the rail retail business and act as a point of contact
- Participate in on-going training to stay current in required skills.
- Embrace new technologies and ways of working

- You are team oriented but can also work independently
- You demonstrate a high degree of independence and self-motivation
- You stay up to date with new technologies and systems and can quickly learn about them
- You communicate complex procedures to other colleagues
- You collaborate clearly with colleagues and to customers according to their technical skill level.
Skills we can’t do without:
- We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- You have good Front End skills such as Vue.js, HTML, CSS & Typescript. Alternatively, experience in React or Angular would be beneficial.
- You have worked with Azure Devops (ideally including pipelines)
- You are inquisitive with a strong desire to learn
