As a Business Analyst, you will be required to collect, validate and document business requirements. You will be working across multi-functional teams to model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement. You will identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts.

What you will do

Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive identification of requirements across business units and document business processes for Bill of Process
  • Model business processes and identify gaps and risks through blueprinting phase
  • Draft L3 processes and collaborate with IT on L4 Processes
  • Understand and communicate the interdependencies and impact across the organization
  • Build and maintain relationships with a wide variety of internal organizations (business owners, practices, departments) to understand current and future data needs and BOP strategy for data in assigned functional area required to meet business objectives
  • Create an end to end User Testing Plan and refine use cases
  • Implementing and testing of solutions​ during BOP UAT phase
  • Supporting business transition throughout the BOP program and helping to establish change

  • Experience of being part of engineering product development cycle an added advantage
