What you will do
- Support US HR & Payroll teams with various benefits and reporting.
- Create process documents and monitor SLAs for supporting projects.
- Maintain and improve key performance measures.
- Proactively manage customer issues related to the support requirement.
Education Required:
- 0-4 years of experience managing HR or Payroll processes for the US.
- Experience in supporting semi-voice projects related to HR and Payroll.
- Good logical reasoning and analytical skills.
- Passion to continuously learn and grow.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor’s degree (Any).
